A Superb Event Location

Whatever the occasion - wedding, corporate event, advertising, film shoot, party, prom …… our location is a stunning setting.  We can offer a choice of two different sites for you at the venue. Both have lovely views including the stunning North Downs, rolling fields and meadowlands and old English tree lines.  There are many options available as there is ample room for a very large marquee or a selection of tipis, stages, and vast amounts of space for parking.

Access is easy and our entrance gates can accommodate large vehicles if required. 

There is water available on both sites. Electricity would be via a generator.

The location is on an exclusive use basis – so you won’t be sharing it with anyone else! 

We can also make your event organisation easy for you as you can choose from a variety of inclusive packages – you choose the items-- the marquee, décor, flowers, furniture, bar, dance floor, lighting, DJ and more.  So you can just sit back relax and enjoy your event.

Your guests have easy access via the M25, M23, A22, A23, A25, Oxted plus Redhill main line railway stations and Gatwick and Biggin Hill Airports. There are also a variety of hotels, guest houses and B & B options locally . 

Camping/caravanning is available on request.
